Getting Started with Treatment
Dr. Hunt will diagnose each patient's case based on the information gathered during the initial examination and after thorough review of his diagnostic records. Diagnostic records usually include impressions, photographs, and radio-graphs (X-rays). Impressions are needed to obtain accurate models of the teeth and dental arches so that we can measure their relationships to one another. Photographs and radio-graphs will be used to determine where to move each of the teeth within the upper and lower jaws. Diagnostic records are an essential part of providing quality orthodontics. A consultation appointment is then scheduled after the diagnostic materials are obtained.
After thorough review and analysis of these materials, Dr. Hunt's treatment recommendations are presented to you at the consultation.
